I'm also on the full version. Yes time is an issue, but I don't know where to start. I think I made another cake accidentally, but I cant seem to find the cake template Library. Also I don't know where to change the timings on different cakes, some of the sims have changed over the years and don't have the same time Ok Let me try to give you the quick and dirty cake making info: -First things first. In the effect browser make sure you have the library you want the cake to go into opend and have the cake option selected. Then select (The effect cake library name is in the drop-down at the top. The cake effect is the second icon from the top on the far left) -Then select 'New' from the list of options about 3/4 of the way down the browser window.

-From there you'll get the Cake Editor view show up. Like this: -The first step in creating a cake is to set the number of shots. Mercari kata dalam huruf acak dalam bahasa inggris yg sering digunakan perusahaan di. You don't have to lay out the cake exactly the way it's built physically, often it's better not to. Take for example a simple 16 shot cake. A 4x4 grid might make the most sense at first but if it's a cake that has 3 effects that fire in sequence (Red, Green, Blue, Red, Green, Blue, etc) you'd actually be better making it 3 columns and 6 rows. You'll have a few extra shots but you can just put nothing in them.(empty is always an option) -Then you start dragging effects from the Effect Library to fill the slots in the cake.
If you select a full row or column when you drag and drop it will apply that effect to all the selected slots. You can move and navagate around the effect library all you want, Chang libraries, effect types, and even use the options in the bottom of the effect library to narrow down by colors.
Once you find what you want just select the cell(s) that it goes into and drag it in place. -Once you have your effects in place you can set the timing. The cake editor uses the delay time between effects, so if you want the second shot to come 3 seconds after the first you set the delay on the first shot to 3 seconds. Same as the effects you can select one or more cell to change the timing on at a time.
Simply select the cells you want to change the timing on and type your desired timing into the delay box on the far right. You can also use the list views to manually enter your timing (this is the way I usually do it) Once you have your effects set open the list view. On the right there is the option to do 'time drop Recording' this lets you enter timings for effects by just pressing the spacebar at the appropriate time. Just open up a YouTube video of the cake you are making and start it playing. Come back to the Cake editor and hit record. Every time you see or hear the cake break hit the spacebar and it will automatically set the delay between shots.
You can always go back and edit the timings manually if you want to, for example if the last 5 shots are supposed to fire all in 1 second and you couldn't hit the spacebar that quickly you can just select the last 5 and manually type in 0.2 seconds After that just put in a name and hit save. The cake will show up in the library you originally started in under 'cakes.' Once you've made a handful they can go pretty quickly. My work flow is to find a video that will work. Watch it once and note the effects/colors. Open up the cake editor and set the size, and add the effects. Watch the video again and record timings, Double check the timing on the grid view and alter and delays I think are a little wrong.

Add a name and Save. Maybe 5 minutes of work per cake. I don't bother with the cake templates. Usually in the time it takes to find the exact template I would need I could have just created a new cake from scratch. I hope that helps a little.
